CNC OPERATOR MILLING

Qualifications:

 

3+ years of CNC Operating experience – Aerospace preferred

Day Shift (7:00 am – 3:30 pm) and Night Shift (3:30 pm – 12:00am)

 

– Milling: Vertical and horizontal; 3, 4 and 5 axis

– Ability to measure & use measuring equipment (Swing-gages & Micrometers, Etc.)

– Ability to read and understand work instructions and drawings

– Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

MACHINE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Responsible for performing troubleshooting, repair work and preventative maintenance on all production CNC machinery, equipment and instrumentation to sustain operations at highly efficient levels. Strong mechanical and electrical a must.

 

Qualifications:

 

5+ years of experience in CNC machinery maintenance;

Aerospace experience strongly preferred

Milling: Vertical and horizontal; 3, 4 and 5 axis

Lathe: Vertical and horizontal

PC literate, email and calendar outlook use.

CNC Vertical Turning Lathe Operator

Operate CNC turning machines (primarily CNC-VTL’s) while maintaining a high level of integrity, responsibility and safety.

Qualifications:
Minimum two (2) years CNC operator experience, or have demonstrated knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the responsibilities listed below.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining quality control of all parts produced on CNC machines.
  • Responsible for all the processes of the CNC Machines.
  • Inspect and measure all in process and finished work pieces to determine conformance to specifications.
  • Capable of running multiple machines concurrently, when tasked.
  • Report and document any equipment malfunctions to direct supervisor
  • Work within the standard operation procedures and job safety parameters.
  • Communicate with all co-workers and shifts.
  • Clean and maintain a safe work area.
  • Complete all tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
  • Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions immediately to VP Operations
  • Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition
  • Basic machine maintenance (oils, coolants, cleaning)

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent

Special Skills: Use of hoists, hand trucks, and lifts. Manual inspection tools, CNC tool holders, cutting tools, fixtures and other accessories used. Calipers. Mathematical skills including geometry and algebra. High attention to detail. Read travelers and work orders. Excellent problem solving, multi-tasking. English communication skills. Creative and flexible.  Ability to read blueprints.

Physical Requirements:  The ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, respond to quick sounds, respond to dangerous situations. Standing for long periods, adaptability of changing work environments. Repetitive motions. Manual dexterity required for operating machines and computers. Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly in English.

CMM PROGRAMMER/INSPECTOR

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure documentation and design controls are appropriate
  • Verify geometry of machine parts
  • Complete first article inspection reports, AS9102

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years CMM experience
  • PC-DMIS and CATIA Software
  • Microsoft Office

QUALITY FINAL INSPECTOR

Qualifications/Responsibilities:

Manufacturing experience in aerospace industry required

  • Perform inspections for all incoming and outgoing material
  • Communicate inspection failures, deviations, and non-conformances to Director of QA
  • Follow written instructions provided in company procedures and specifications
  • Review batch records and ensure compliance to the associated procedure, documentation, specs, etc.
  • Assist to ensure compliance.
  • Perform mechanical inspection of product according to documented processes. Includes physical inspection and paperwork inspection to verify conformance to requirements (i.e. correct process performed, paint thickness is acceptable per customer requirements, temper verification by processor proves acceptable, etc.).
  • Able to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, purchase orders, statement of work and standards to determine quality status.
  • Accurately document and maintain associated paperwork and inspection results in a consistent and timely fashion.
  • Identify/communicate continuous improvement opportunities for the quality program.
  • Accurately complete all required documentation
  • Perform inspections for all incoming and outgoing material
  • Perform measurement and final visual inspection

Qualifications:

  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in Final and In-Process inspection of aircraft detail parts and structural assemblies
  • Associates degree or equivalent education and work experience
  • Strong knowledge of descriptive geometry and trigonometry

Knowledge of measuring tools and proficient in reading blueprints

CNC OPERATOR

Day and Night Shifts Available

Skills Required:

  • 3 – 5 years of CNC Operating experience – Aerospace Manufacturing experience required
  • Machinery experience in any of the following a Plus:
  • Milling: Mazak, OKK, Niigata
  • Lathes: Mazak, Puma
  • Ability to read and understand specs and drawings
  • Ability to operate machine center working within +/- .0005 tolerances, adjust machines accordingly
  • Load tool or replace broken insert and adjust offsets accordingly
  • Use of standard tool including Micrometer, Height gauge, etc.
  • Inspect parts to drawing
  • Knowledge of deburring equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
